im looking at a 2006 h3 victory red with 18000 miles. im actually supposed to go pick it up next saturday. i have been reading on the head problems and checked carfax on it. it has never had any repairs on it. my qustion is if the head problem comes up, will i be resposible for the repair bill. i have wanted one for a long time but if they wont take care of a defect then i cant do it.

 

if you are buying from a dealer u should get a warranty. i bought my 06 used in 07 and it had 20,000 miles on it and i got a warranty that covers me till 50,000, which i have used for a couple minor things but nothing to do with the head issues that i have heard about. if u get the warranty i would not worry and if u don't then yes you are responsible for the fix and i don't no what the cost would be. good luk in the decision

 

well i ended up buying it. its waranty lasts till august of 2010. i drove from saint louis to milwaukee to get it. i love it so far. traded in a 2004 crossfire for it with 31000 miles. car was $34,000 new and they gave me $8500 on trade and thats the excellent blue book trade. oh well i got it now.
