MC2 wheels???
Hey all
I am looking at a set of used wheels (no tires) and I am wondering what you think.
They are a set of 18x9 MC2 billet wheels that were powder coated with the texture type coating...
Anyways, he is telling me they are rare and sought after
He is asking 600... I am sure that I could offer less and he would take it.
But how much less. I was thinking maybe 300-400 bucks
What do you think?
Are MC2 wheels really worth a premium?
Given for a new set of wheels that are exactly what I am looking for I can pay 600, but I am looking for cheap right now... if these wheels had tires I would be all over it. but 600 for wheels i think is just a bit much....
again what do you think?

i have those on my rig, see picture. guy before me bought a wheel package online and that tire company mounted toyos to them. i have since plastidipped them because the chrome & alloy were going through a divorce. i had a flat tire few weeks back, and my tire guy had to plug the tire, the way his tire machine is he was afraid it would rip the bead. these wheels dont go in in the middle, they are flat the whole way across. keep that in mind.

Jsbihn, are these the wheels you're talking about?
They look fairly generic to me. As for rarity, I don't know.
$150 a wheel is not bad by any means.
There are a few wheels on tirerack that are under $150 each. If you go with 17s, they are even cheaper.
Any special reason that you need 18s and not 17s?
