Help! and the locals do know know!

What is the largest "with" you can put on existing H3 rims? I do not need hight (always nice though) but rather with. I am in Belize right now and the roads are made of limestone dust. When it hardens the potholes are a killer to my injured back.

Anyone have an idea? I have the 2006 Luxury model with 267/75R16

Anyone have an idea? I have the 2006 Luxury model with 267/75R16
285/75/16 - 11.22" wide, 33" nominal diameter
305/70/16 - 12.01" wide, 33" nominal diameter
315/75/16 - 12.40" wide, 35" nominal diameter
325/75/16 - 12.80" wide, 35" nominal diameter ( not 100% sure if this size fits a stock rim )

If you are concerned with potholes than stick with aspect ratios ( the second number in the size spec xxx/75/ xx ) in the 70 or 75 range. They will provide more cushion than 50's or 60's would to your sore back.

Default originally had 265/75/16s now running LT295/75/16

HI everyone...first off...i wish i had purchased lt305/70/16 and not gone with eveyone telling me that the 305's would be too much of a hassle.......ie rubbing....i am going to purchase the GOODYEAR WRANGLER KEVLAR/MTR instead of upgrading my existing BG GOODRICH ALL TERRAIN LT 295/75/16...be cautious on the BF GOODRICH...i have had alot of issues with balancing...back and forth to the shop....no reason other than poor qualitiy tires in my opinion...they look good but not as good as a set of Goodyears would...more of an aggressive stance...rides the same...make sure that you have atleast front leveling shocks....standard shocks on the vehicle wont work...they will bottom out or should say top out ....oh...and if your concerne about millage...well your gona loose milage because 1 you are going to a larger tire, 2 the tires are heavier, 3 your gona drive like your drunk anyways....so yes the larger tires look good and i would never go back to the factory P265'S but your gonna pay the price as mentioned above...have a great day !!!!!
