Default magnaflow install

just finished installation of magnaflows stainless dual out catback on my '07 h3. fairly simple install,as it took me just under 2 hours on my garage floor! i was able to remove the old exhaust in one piece so that helped alot. have to say i am very impressed with magnaflow's quality and fit, very nice. sound is good, nice little rumble. inside noise barely changed. compliments my true flow intake/filter kit nicely. will upload pic when i can figure out how to alter size to fit. overall very happy, especially with price. $450 shipped to house. oh yeah, forgot to say the kit says its for the 3.5 motor '05-'06, but it fit on my '07 just fine!

Looks great! What did you notice in performance difference with the new CAI and exhaust?

i can feel a low end improvement. accellerates better from idle. wife noticed it also. i can also feel more power up top. i let a buddy of mine drive it, who happens to be a chevy mechanic, and he was impressed with the 3.7 power.

not bad at all, very tolerable. i have had either duals, flowmasters, straight pipes or some form of custom exhaust on everything i've ever driven, and i would say this is one of the more mild ones. hope this helps.
