Just put mine on. I love the flutter sound after you let off the gas. Now if we can get a performance filter for the '08 and get the Air Doc Intake!

Thank you thank you. I would recommend to anyone wanting to put one on to have someone help you. Man that was a pain trying to get the stock one off by myself.

That is what sawzalls are made for! I've changed out several stock pipes in the past and worked my butt off to keep them intact for future re-installation. EVERYTIME though, when I sell the vehicle the stock unit has to be hauled off to the dump! In my opinion, it isn't worth wasting the space to store them!

BTW, I love my Magnaflows! More for the look and the little extra HP gain. The sound is OK, but a little dissapointing when you are use to the V8 sound!

I used the GM dual exhaust made by B&B. Sounds great and an easy bolt-on DIY. Since it has a GM part number it has no warranty issuesIt was on sale at GMPD.

TRUE!!! When I ACTUALLY do things myself, it FEELS GOOD!!! I'm just very Un-Mechanical so I get NeRvOuS doing stuff.....worried I'm gonna *** THINGS UP!!!

Best way to learn is to do it yourself. Unfortunately a lot of the time I don't have the time to do it myself.
