Default Lug Size?

I ordered some 17x9 wheels that have a +12mm offset.

LoJac963 mentioned to buy these: Link
They are 14mm x1.5"

So my question is, is 1.5" the correct length for a +12mm offset or do I need shorter ones?

The offset doesn't have anything to do with the lug length. The hub of the wheel should all be pretty similar in thickness. We had been talking about wheels with tight lug holes like my wheels and those were the lugs I used. I also used the same lugs in black on my stockers and they worked great.

You could always measure the thickness of the lug seat, length of the studs then subtract the lug seat thickness to give you what is left over of the stud once the wheels are on.

Oh, that's makes sense now that you word it that way. If I had a spacer, then I'd need to be add the thickness.

I'm not sure if I need a thinner lug, but I prefer non standard lugs so the chance of my wheels being stolen drops.

Thanks!
