Is there a diagram that shows all of the grease locations for an 05 H2? I don't mind crawling under there and doing it but want to make sure I get them all. Also what grease is recommended? A link would be appreciated as I don't have an owners manual. Thank you.

I also purchased the harbor freight air grease gun which made the job much easier. And I used a high temp multi-purpose grease from autozone, etc.
