My lower grill was either stolen or It fell off my 07 h2, does anyone know if the lower grill from a 08-09
will fit? I refuse to pay $400 plus, for some reason the 08-09 is much cheaper and still available NOS
I know its cosmetically different but will it fit? i been looking at pictures of them side by side and im even more confused now

so top pic is an 03-07 second pic is its grill third pic 08-09 4th pic is its grill

the grills look obviously different but the openings they go into look the same

 

My 06 lower panel got wrecked by a 2x4 that got kicked up by the car in front of me, it promptly went right through the factory plastic grille. After that I made a stainless lower grill protector and moved it to my 08 when I bought it.

There are plenty of the 03-07 to be found, not quite as easy with the 08/09 and if you do find one they will want a fortune for it. And the reason I have mine somewhat protected.
