loud chime
does anyone know how to turn down the chime or turn it off? i have a 07 h3 and the chimming it way to loud when you open the door,start it,hit thedoor lock on the way out, ect.the dealer does not know how to turn the volume down.
is it just mine or are they all like that

Same thing happened to me when they replaced my factory radio. I guess I had the Monsoon Sound System and they had the gain turned up too high. The seat belt bong about blew me out of the cab. Simple fix, hope this helps.

found out how to turn the loud chime down. turn on key, turn off radio, turn off key, hold down the #6 button on the radio until it says normal or loud . i dont know why this is not in the owners manual. but this is a big relief for me it was very annoying.
