I wonder if that means a fuse? Can't seem to locate a fuse that relates to door chime.
When I set the fade and balance to the driver's corner the driver's woofer seems gone. I had the driver's mirror replaced recently and wonder if the tech inadvertently disconnected the wire to the woofer? Is the chime only through the one woofer?

Door chimes and other alerts go through the drivers door speaker. If the door jamb switch is not stuck, look at the door speaker, which I bet it is. The speakers are cheap junk.

 

I would check the door switch. Those are cheap too

 

I had this happen last year on my 2009 H3. The door speakers are made from paper and degrade. Depending on your radio listening style they may degrade quicker yet. Coming home on vacation last year the last of the speakers gave up the ghost and we had to listen to the tunes through the the tweeters mounted on the A-pillars. Needless to say when I got home I purchased some replacement polypropylene speakers and what do you know, I got all my chimes back that I lost years ago. My money is on the speakers.

 

You have a dead speaker, and if one is gone, the next one won't be long to toast either.

Time for an upgrade.
