the far right side bolt is loose, assuming jam nut underneath broke, head of bolt is just flush with the housing, so its about an eigth inch loose, is this somethign i need to pop the headliner out to fix? and is this a place water can intrude? im assuming this has been like this for years, guessing it was done by whoever put the stereo in it in 08 when they ran the xm anteana....

 

p.s. its missing the plastic cover for the bolt hole thats how i noticed it
