what are the best quality? price? looking?

any help would be awsome, price is an issue

Gobi is probably the most expensive but probably the best as far as look and its up there in quality.
I have one and love it!
I think there was a future post about racks but its worth mentioning again that the major price difference is if your H3 came with the factory rails. If so, you can get a cheaper rack, if not, you may want to look into a Gobi style which mounts directly to the roof. If not, there isn't really a cheap solution because the rails are pretty pricey!

 

This mounts directly to the roof rails so you do not need the cross bars; seems to be decent size/price. I am looking ot buy it for myself but have not done so as of yet so can't comment on the quality.
