Default Looking to go off road with my H2!

What are some "Watch outs"

Is it to heavy, does it get stuck in soft sand easy, mud? Is it top heavy? Do you run it in low lock most of the time?

Any ideas from the H2 wheelin group.

Thanks

Bob

i have found that my h2 is much better in mud, than climbing, it has to do with weight and center of gravity. the only non-stock item on my car is the airaid cai, and i have never got stuck, even in 3ft of mud. the stock tires work well, but not amazingly. hope this helps.

You have a Hummer, a H2. driving along the road...at anytime feel free to yank the steering wheel off to the side and go offroad =D.

and no not in low lock all the time. you low lock it in steep or loose gravel, or rock and climbs etc. if you put it in low lock on tarmac the torque will destroy the tread your tyres in no time.

for a bit of speed offroadin put it in 4 high lock, you'll be amazed at the extra control and grip it gives.
