Adjust the torsion bars and call it a day. No lift kits available for the H3/H3T at this time.

Buy some nice tires and rock rails, you do not need a lift kit to wheel it.

Proper adjustment (23.5") and good shocks. Bad shocks will become mush more apparent once you raise the front end even a little.

How many miles on your current front shocks?

okay so now i adjusted it to 23.5' and its way smoother back to how it use to be , thanks a lot for that !! now i have a new question referring to your question about my shocks, to be honest i have no clue how many miles they have but im pretty sure they probably never been changed before, so now im looking for some decent price and quality shocks, any recommendations ?

OEM replacements or KYB for the factory ride.

Old Man Emu (OME) Nitrochargers or Fox if you OffRoad.

Shock preference is like tire preference. Everyone has what they like and don't like. You said you didn't like the harsh ride with the Tbars cranked too high. Sounds like you want a nice riding rig. Spend the cash and buy the KYB, OEM GM for your specific applicaton or OME (old Man Emu). Love our OME Nitrochargers. They work well on and off pavement. I've been through a lot of different shocks, even tried a set of AL-KO HD Performance shocks from Germany. After 5000 miles they lost all control.
