I'm shopping for new ignition coils, I see the ac delco are the most expensive and are the only ones that have "4WD" listed in the part description. Does four wheel drive matter when it comes to ignition coils? Maybe this is just the way it's listed on rockauto.com. I was looking at the NGK ignition coils. Does anyone know the difference? Any recommendations will help, thanks.

 

I usually try to stick with oem. But have used with success other brands.

Pretty hard to help when you do not specify what vehicle you are asking questions about.

I deleted you other posts regarding the same question in other forum sections. The way it works here is, post one question in the section that is for the vehicle in question, and then wait until someone answers. I deleted you other posts assuming that since you also posted in the H3 section, you question relates to an H3, but which version.... I5 or V8?

The difference would be that NGK is Jap parts, and I wouldn't use them on my lawn mower.
