Leveling the Front End
I looked for another thread about this and couldn't find the one answer I was looking for. If I use the stock shocks and just turn the torcian bars up a little bit, does anyone think this will hurt anything? I don't understand why the stock shocks can't be left alone?
Thank you in advance for any info

I did mine and never changed the stock shocks. i have put 7100 miles on it and no problems yet. I will add that when i need new shocks, i will go with the longer bilsteins however i couldnt justify removing the stock ones with only 660 miles on them

I have 18,200 miles on mine and I just turned the torsion bar bolts about 3 to 4 turns. No problems with alignment or stock shocks going bad. Figured that was cheaper than a leveling kit -- plus I don't do any hard-core off roading....just have fun in an old gravel/sand/dirt pit from time to time.
I didn't want to be the one to post the link above as I know they do have some issues with linking to or cross promotion with other forums, groups. I will second that link, though. It has everything and more you'll want to know on the subject.
Yeah, I guess I did not think of that when I posted the link. Either way, that is by far the best info on the subject.
Post report, post report.
