I am going to put offroad lights on my Hummer, just not exactly sure what yet. Which would be the better setup.

I have the Delta DRL and Starr headlights on my H2. They are awesome. I did have Hella fog lights in the middle but they were halogen and looked yellow. I just added the Delta 10x light bar on top and while it looks good, they don't add that much light for the money. They do look cool though!
