From my understanding the easy fix for this is a resistor wired inline with brakelight circuit. Does anyone know what size or type of resistor I should use. Driving almost 900 miles tommorrow straight I would love to have my cruise control back

Just installed Led's on my 96' they came with a 6 inch white wire with what looks like a resistor shrinked wrapped inside. I could measure it 4 u before i install it. It goes under the dash to an accesory wire and gets grounded. This is the new mod kit from AMG that is suppose to fix the cruise prob.
