I just replaced my blower motor and resistor module. (yes, the wiring and connections were fine). When I took the blower motor out it had a little water and dirt/leaves in it and it was rusted out. When the resistor module came out it was FULL of dry leaves and stuff in the space behind it. Has anyone ran into this?

 

My blower just quit, 07 H2. Did yours quit or noise?

 

I figured out I had a leak around the fan intake under the cowl outside. I got a replacement fan and resistor on ebay cheap. There are threads on the blower motors connections going bad, check that out.

 

bumping this old post . i would like to know exactly were was the leak since i also found water on my old blower and would like to fix the leak to make sure i dont have anymore water coming in ...
