great uprgrades, you should upgrade those battery terminals to the gold ones, easy install and better looking. The parts store has them for under $12 I believe

lol i was just thinkin perhaps some flat black tremclad and a good wash of the engine compartment might go a long way

Do you have to drain the rear to do this or can you keep pressure on it with all those bolts removed and bolt up the cage?

When I did mine, I was able to not break the seal and just bolt it on. If you have not changed the fluids, installing this or any new rear protection would make it the ideal time to do so. I also sanded, primed, painted and the bed linered the rear while I was under there...

58Bisc is right. The factory uses an adhesive to help seal the gasket. If your cover has never been removed, you should be able to remove the bottom 5 bolts and install the Spider without any fluids leaking. I also ordered 5 additional bolts. After the Spider is installed I will replace the top 5 bolts so they all match.
