Question Larger wheels on my H2....

I'm considering putting 22" wheels and tires on my H2. I was wondering if anyone has any experience/comment on larger size wheels (i.e. ride quality, potential engine or transmission problems) or just about any comment.

Thanks

Okay, but remember, you asked for any comment: Large rims with large off road tires on a 4x4 is very cool. Large rims with low profile performance tires on a 4x4 makes me shake my head, and not in a good way.

bigger the rim + less tire sidewall = rougher ride, I had 22"'s on my denali - rode ok, I went with 20's & 35" tall tires on my H2 - seems to be good so far, ride quality will never be as good as the stock set up IMHO but looks a hell of a lot nicer

Default Thanks for the feedback

Thanks for the feedback. As I said, I'm open for all comments and appreciate them all. A guy in my town is looking to sell five 22" Chuck Foose Spank wheels with Kuhmo 325/50/r22's for $2500.00. Another guy has five brand new 20" 2009 HUMMER wheels and tires and is asking $2100...any comments

I have 22"s with 325/50/22 AT toyo open country tires. the ride is good. Next tires will be 37"s that is after I use these up. Oh and no tranny problems and I have a supercharger on it.

keep in mind .... bigger the tires the less parking garages you will fit into!
