last yr i pulled the power and killed os,but also killed bluetooth. so i recon power and pulled the os antenna,presto,no onstar,,,,i thought!!

i got an email with onstar update with my CURRENT MILEAGE!! and oil status!!,,,how can it be??

today i pushed the os button and got voice message then beeps no connect. i drove up near a cell tower,nothing. i pushed the button again and a friendly os op came on to chat!! so with no ant i connected when close to the tower. i chatted as i drove back down the road apx ½ mile and finally dropped the connection.

end of story they can track u unless u disconnect power or plug the ant connector. the light was always red. i had no idea they were logging me.

i want my bt so i will look at killing os internally
