Yep, people are tards. I get the "real" Hummer comment all the time. I think a lot of the jealousy comes from their spouse not allowing them to buy a Hummer, so they are stuck driving the minivan. I'm lucky that my wife loves the Hummer brand almost as much as me.

I've been asked why I got the "kit car" Hummer instead of the real thing. I seldom to never explain that we're indeed driving real Hummers in the H3. As buyers most of us should know that these were built on liscense from AM General and need a large portion of brand specific-parts to qualify as a "real Hummer". Look at it this way or the way I do...I bought it for me, not you. Get lost, follow me through the mud or the woods, let's go through some serious snow, blast through some washed out springtime roads, or even better, B-L-O-W-M-E!!!
