Basically any nominee must have a gallery, two nominations (you can't nominate yourself) AND an acceptance of the nomination. You cannot be ROTM more than once in one calendar year. Congrats to Tigerlily and her H2 SUT on last month's victory. As soon as we have 3 nominations according to the rules we put it to a vote.
