Hi guys here is a like to a video of my H3 with its new exhaust, the Old exhaust droned very bad so I had a couple of mufflers custom made in full stainless, I'm running a Eaton/Harrop supercharger with a set of Orion headers, the resonator/cat at the front has remained so it all looks sort of legal.

No problem. Under your video just a couple inches you will see the word "SHARE" Click that. A box will pop up under it and you can highlight the link then copy it. Then on here Paste it.

 

very nice, what was cost of super charger? looked at my magnaflow and all the tubing is heavily rusted in 25000 miles. using poor tubing not stainless like they advertised.i may be doing the same mod as you. what year is yours, I read about head trouble on these as well?

 

All up it owes me around $11k, I know it sounds expensive and it probably is but the performance gain is huge, we bought the H3 new in 2007 it's not worth much now and to buy something new with similar performance would be ten times that.

 

Sound and take off look great.. This is an H3 to keep ....

 

You do realize that 409 Stainless is not impervious to corrosion, its main use is automotive exhaust, and it will discolor and acquire surface rust? MagnaFlow uses all 409, Gibson, and others as well.

Next up would be 304 SS, better corrosion resistance used in the Borla systems. Down side is that the increased chromium in 304 leads to brittleness, and is known for cracking. I had to re-weld my last Borla set 3 times in 100K miles. Never yet had to weld on any MagnaFlow. Even 304 discolors and is not impervious to corrosion, but it will look shiny longer if that is what is important to you.
