Default It's getting hot in here

Have a problem with the HVAC temp control.
Turn it all the way to the left and it seems to put out ambient air temp. Turn it one notch to the right and you can hear the heater door open and you get full heat.

I ran the calibration listed in the service manual. It seems to work until you turn the temp **** to full heat. Then the door stays open even at full cool. AC seems to close the door and works fine. Though I haven't checked it on anything but full cold yet.

I'm thinking it's a bad control module. Anyone have any other ideas??

Default Temp control

I have the same problem. When the temp **** is all the way left, you get max air. As soon as you move it even one click to right, you get max heat. Calibration did nothing. Can anyone advise a cure for this? Thanks aj

Same system as the Solstice, take it to the dealer, it may need the resister fix and in extreme case the module needs to be replaced..........If you are a do it yourselfer, then check the Solstice forum.
