Torono is a LARGE city in Canada, so they THINK they're better than the rest of Canada and should be ON PAR with the LARGE AMERICAN CITIES!!! They want MOST of the Federal Tax Dollars for THEIR infrastructure etc. Plus they're SNOBS!!!

Everyone knows most of the tax dollars should go to Western Canada so you can get all those natural resource out so Western Canada can support Eastern Canada.

Unfortunately it seems the CORPORATE players in the West PAY HUGE TAXES on the Gas/Oil and Hydro Electric to our countries capital, Ottawa(in the EAST), and the majority of said tax dollars are SPENT IN THE EAST!!!

Doesn't make ANY SENSE to us Westerners.[8D]

Nope but nice for us in Toronto, I guess we are a bit snobish but..... I do employee a lot of people out west too. Don't forget Toronto isn;t just the bigeest city in Canada, it is the biggest by far, more then 3 to 4 times bigger the the second largest, which is Montreal, therefore it does need a bit more funding, but Calgary, I believe is still the richest city, not sure why gas is so expensive there with them being so rich with Gas

true Bob but I actually live in the North west in a city called Brampton, don't even get me started about Brampton, anyways, not bad but I commute to Toronto in my Hummer each day, I love it! all those little gas pinching tree huggers hate to see me on the highway in the hummer, I would love to get one of those signs from the other forum!
