Default intake manifold

When I had the throttle body off for a cleaning, I looked inside the intake manifold and saw rather thick film of oil on the inside surfaces. Is this normal?

Also, if I push on the top edge laterally (left to right, that is) it flexes/moves more than I'd expect - maybe .12-.25". I looked for the mounting bolts and could see maybe one. Do you have to strip down the left side of the block to get to the intake mounting bolts?

A common problem is that the intake manifold mounting bolts get loose, like finger tight. You need to snug them down. There is a TQ #, but you can look that up.

If I remember there are only 3 or 4 bolts. all at the bottom.

What is a TQ?

But how do you get to the bolts? How much stuff do I have to take off? It is real crowded on that side of the block and I can't see much of the bottom side of the manifold.

Just in case it matters 2010 base 3.7L.

Appreciate the help.
