IK makes a good point! Educate yourself, thru a lawyer or start researching big time. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY!!!

If it's not feasable to set up a meeting with the GM rep and lawyer, you can always review the situation with a lawyer, and then make a decision.
Simply put, if GM will take back your vehicle for more than you could possibly sell it for on your best day, then crunch the final numbers and see what ya can do moving to a different one.
