Got my special order H3 on Presidents Day and have been waiting for a day with decent weather to take a picture. Been snowy, rainy, freezing - but finally this morning a sunny 40 degree day so I took a couple of photo's before work.



I've got black wheels going on this weekend and black door handles and a hilljob light bar to put on once the weather gets warm enough. I'm also changing the mirrors from chrome to black..again, once the weather gets warm.

Looking good, I was wonderring what the H3 would look like if I added those rear steps to mine. I like the roof marker lights, also.

However.............uh, wouldn't it have been easier to order it with black Mirrors and Door handles??? Since you did order it??? [&o]
Call me crazy, just a random thought.

 

Doc, I would have LOVEDtobut the Alpha comes with chrome mirrors/handles and there's no "opt out" according to my sales guy.

By the way, my sales guy, who's also the Hummer Product Manager that sets up the off-road events, found a buyer for my chrome wheels. So my black wheels only cost me the labor to swap them.

 

Oh yeah, I remember that discussion before. Oops, my bad.[&o] Swap away my friend.
