i would definately be mad and take hummerguy's advice and call the general manager, owner, and GM. the computer had spit out the same code twice and it is "under warranty" the2nd time but not the 1st???? definately smells like BS. you turn wrenches for a living but you should have been wrenching arms on the service driveon principle alone. as for your ****ing KIA, you may know, if you own an '07 or newer, you have a 5yr/100k mi powertrain warr. if you give the dealer an 8-hour heads up that you are bringing it in for warranty work, they must supply you with a GM product to drive, no more ****ing KIA's!!!!!

i am in sales and that is the reason i have not been on in a day or so. been a little busy 'round here. i joined this forum so i could get a better insight as to what hummer owners were feeling about thier vehicles, the good and bad. i thought i would aslo try to maybe lend some of my help on some questions.

I think you may be the first active Hummer sales associate we have posting on here. Usually Hummer employees are all service guys, so it's great to have you here!
I'm glad there is a sales person out there that is going to be in-touch with the customers. I wish they were all like that!

Yeah.... Red... I have an 03.... so.... you know.... I got the ****ing Kia the frist time.... and a 06 Malibu the second time....
I have a call in and have not gotten a return call.... so being that I am in Delaware at least 4-5 times a month I will just drop in next time.
BTW.... thanks for you opinion.... I honestly didn't think I was out of line with my expectations.
