This guy ihummer has three posts, all identical, don't say **** just links to his blog board, and he swiped MuddyD's accident pics and some of his post(s), then he took my pic , which of course I swiped from a German Off road board , which was already copied from worth.

My photsos are copyrighted and if he posted them he will get smacked the **** up.... I already have to get a lawyer for this accidnet... I can make it two for one...

 

why a lawyer for the accident, just out of curiousity? isn't the insurance covering it all? do you have no-fault insurance in NJ?

 

I found out I didn't have rental coverage on my policy....which I thought I did.... Lynn ended up having to go to the doctor which is covered by our insurance... but the deductables/co-pays are not.... plus... this is New Jersey... I've not gonna lose over a half million dollar house to this **** just because she ****ed up... and in this day and age you have to protect yourself.... she was injured... I wasn't... the whole Hummer size issue... direct impact into her door.... I'm not taking any chances....

I'm not out for blood.... but I'm not eating the cost of HER mistake... I have loss of income for yesterday... which my insurance only covers $100.... and Lynn get's $100.... I'm not even crying over the depreciation of my truck having now been in an accident.... yet...

i would think that since she got the ticket for being an *** on the road, her insurance would be responsible for all payments, including your rental car. unless, of course, you're stuck with no-fault insurance in NJ. it was her fault, the law said so, that means she's responsible for all damages - yours and hers.
