Default Identify this "Hummer"

New here, a friend of mine saw this Hummer like...thing in Scottsdale, it was in a Neighborhood that, if someone wanted an H1 they probably wouldn't have a problem getting one. So, the question is...what is it? I've never seen a prototype like it, never seen a Replica or a "knockoff" of it...it just intrigues me and i feel like i must know.

Looks like its made of plywood! Its a pretty boxy thing (do volvo make hummer clones?)

I thought initially that it might be a chinese one, but they look more like the traditional US one...

I don't think it is a Hummer. Hubs don't have that removal bar.

it looks like its either an bulletproof/bombproof outfitted H1 for VIP people, or its pretty cool looking kit car, much better then the T-Rex kit (my opinion)

x2...looks like they just took the box design but didn't bother with any of the finer details that even the up-armored humvees have. Look at those cheap-o door handles - they look like they're off a filing cabinet.

Yeah that was my thought as well.

Definitely a wicked looking ride.
