Default Iddle and stall

After a couple of stalling incidents, checked all coil packs and found number 1 all rusty and changed it..Seemed to be the problem at the time.
But allas no, it stalled again last week..no shifting in rpm, just stalled when the car came to a halt..
Today, decided to give this issue more time, with my mechanic, took the throttle body off completely and gave it a good clean..It was not very clean..[ I have to say that we cleaned it before but without removal].
But now that it has been cleaned thoroughly, the starting and iddling of the car has dramatically improved..almost V smooth, well almost
Just to add to other TB threads, it pays to remove them and have them
cleaned properly..

Are there any instructions out there on how to remove and clean the TB?

It was a little tedious to get to some spots, but definitely worth for a few dollars for a can a throttle body cleaner and another few dollars for a bottle of MAF cleaner. Waiting to see now if it makes in difference in MPG. Definitely stopped the idle dip at stopping and improved overall throttle response.
I haven't done this but this is some instructions from someone who apparently did it that I had bookmarked. Looks pretty straightforward. Just like cleaning a carb. But if anyone had pictures or more detailed instructions I would love to see them too.

I have read over and over not to touch the MAF sensor with your hands and use a special cleaner on it.
