That was a sweet kit. But ya Bob, they told me they can "double" or "triple" dip to create black chrome, I guess they just chrome the chrome lol. I will take some better pics when its clean and not high noon.

I guess it does look similar to the tactical edition but the funny thing was that I was never going for the "blacked out" look. I'm just not a big fan of the ol' chrome.

 

I just got an e-mail from Jack Mikol(the ebay guy)! He chromed my front and rear bumpers.

He told me to let him know what parts I wanna get Black Chromed and he'll give me a QUOTE!!!

If you wouldn’t mind, would you let me know about black chroming the rims? I just bought 4 stock rims off eBay that I’ve still got in the box and I was planning on having them powder coated black but I might be interested in this black chrome idea. It may be a little too much bling for me but I’d still like to check it out.

Would you be kind enough to pass on any information you may acquire about this process and related costs? Thanks.

Will do Alphadogg. Not sure which way I want to do it either, thinking about throwing some true off road tires on the spare set so I can switch them out with leaving on the rubber from them on the HWY trips between
