I need to immediately start a new diet and exercise schedule so I probably won't be here much on nights and weekends. It's the only time I have to do it. Just a FYI. I just had my test results back with some issues I have and I have to focus on some things now or I won't be living too much longer

1. You can't go anywhere at least until the ROTM is over.
2. I work from 0730-2030 AND still have to workout and still find at least an hour for here.
