I also have the garvin wilderness rack (off road addition) it is 6" high . I love it

The Mrs. is ordering mine tonight!!! Merry x-mas to me. Im not getting the extension just yet. I want to see how it looks without it first. Now I have to find some factory cross bars.

The Rola is 6" high measured from the top of the cross rails.
I have the GM OEM rails. It's 8 1/2" from the roof to the highest point on the Rola. That's measured in the area of the roof channels.

I like the length, but I would need two, so it's a little pricey, but not horrible. lol

you can find the garvin roof rack on line. garvin industries.com I found mine used. they have several versions

Just got the Rola roof basket it was easy to install. I think it looks good. Didnt go with the extention. Will post pics hopefully tomorrow.

Please do, A good up close pic if you can. Also those with the Rola, how is the wind noise? I may have jumped the gun on adding the one I have, but it was cheaper.

Its not bad I thought it would alot more noisey.
