I just wanted to pass on some of my excitement. I had my new H3 in to get a new tailgate latch installed. (old one was tough to latch) And I asked for a price to install mudflaps. they told me $130 for all four installed. I told them to go ahead. When they called me when the repair was done, they told me they threw in the mudflaps for FREE!

So far I'm as happy as a lark with my dealer. (except the 07 H3 loaner they gave me had cloth and every time I got out I got a shock that would be on par with a difibulator)

OH, the dealer is HARVEY CADILLAC HUMMER of Grand Rapids Michigan.

 

well, if you're so happy with them, you should pass their name on to the rest of the members here so they can have a grand experience as well . . . . .[8D]

 

Some dealers are great, some, not so great. Nice to hear yours went the extra mile!

 

Maybe they could take over RAMP's location on Long Island.

 

Aaah, so that's where the static comes from. I get zapped constantly. Thought it was the carpet.
