Yes, you can! It's the new CD/Navigation/DVD/AM/FM/XM player that GM has in the Escalade, Yukon(?), etc., where the Navigation CD is in the back of the screen (where the screen folds down to insert it). So I can listen to the radio, XM, CD, or even listen to a DVD while the navigation is on! I'm not sure if this one possible on the older models, but you can also use navigation and look at the radio/XM/CD display on a split view. It's pretty cool!

 

Looks great!!! Is that factory where you can view a dvd on the front screen and also the back up camera? My camera screen pops out of the mirror in reverse only. I'd like the option to view it at other times and also see the headrest dvd picture in it also.

Everything so far is from the factory. I have not modified anything as of now. They took out the back up camera screen on the rear view mirror and replaced it with a normal auto dimming rear view mirror with the compass and temperature. Now the back up camera is wired to the navigation screen which is a little easier now to see better. Also, I was surprised to see that GM made it possible that I can watch the DVD in the front, but only when the car is in PARK. That is probably the only modification I would like to do right now is to get the DVD working while in drive.

The color came out to be a little lighter than we thought since I was shooting for a darker grey - sorta like a graphite grey. But I still love the color. It looks great both day and night. Don't get me wrong, I was following a black H2 this morning, and it looks sooo nice as well.
[hr] I really didn't ask for the smoker's package lol, it just came with the car. Pretty much the only thing I see that the smoker package has is that it comes with a ashtray and lighter.

 

Those are the first pictures I’ve seen of a 2008 (that weren’t factory), I like the upgrades. I’m sure you’ll really enjoy your new truck; I know we have!

Ours came with the dealer installed Copenhagen package [they stuck a Styrofoam cup in the cup holder for me].
