I have a 1997 HMCO, with a non-functional front heating system. The blower motor is running, however I can't get any air flow from any oullet port. I have manually over-rode dampers to ensure they were open, still with no air flow. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

 

My 95 with upgraded air had the same problem and the fan was running the wrong direction. We pulled the fan and replaced it and it took care of the problem.
