Hey thread jacker price gouging sales guy.
Show me these $334 each HUMMER H2 Roof lights you speak of.
Would love to see the link from HUMMER Parts Club.
That is an original OEM kit with the original Bosch lights and covers.... I have the exact same ones on my brush guard. Hummer Parts Club was selling them too but they are no longer available. When they did have the kits people were happily paying the $799.00 for the kit too. https://www.hummerpartsclub.com/p/GM_89006968.html
@mcioci is a fair guy and not gouging in my opinion. I've also bought a set of u steps from him myself. Supply and demand - it is what it is. There is basically ZERO supply and many H2 owners would love to get a full original set like that. Based on the HPC page, his price is actually more than fair, if not a bit low as that puts the value of the factory roof rack cross bar at $200 which does seem steep but then again, the aftermarket bars that can be bought, while basically identical to the originals, do not have the locks for the end caps and no way to properly attach them (I know because I have a set and the end caps basically fall off - I'm going to drill a small hole to put a small screw to hold them on eventuall but I'm not using them yet so not worries at the moment).
I would much rather have a new set of KCs if I was inclined to strap lights on my truck...........
I'd have to agree.... the stock off road lights are, (even when they were new not very great), pretty poor compared to any current lighting. I like the stock ones and think they look good and all but realistically I'd take more modern led lighting that is orders of magnitude more powerful and efficiant.
