I might know of a guy in Canada who has a set--and they might be pretty cheap.
I need to send a message out and see if he has any left......

He's still got a couple sets, I sent him this link to get a hold of you. Pretty sure you'll be happy with what you get, and especially happy with what they'll cost.
These are the chrome plastic ones authorized by GM. They go on in about 5 minutes if you're slow and look great. Mine are holding up as good as the day I got them.

Only after I posted I realized you were looking for billet--my bad. I don't usually go for plastic, but these are done well despite the fact.
