Maybe a way to sweeten the deal for pcmforless is to geta firm commitment, ie, a reduced price only if so many people actually go through with it. Oftentimes people may say and intend to ante up, but somehow don't go through with it. If they knew for sure there was going to be a larger number committed, then they might be tempted.
