Okay, I have searched the forum but didn't see what I was looking for. Never had the problem with the truck until today, but it came with a vengence!! Started just fine, drove about 1/2 mile pushed in the clutch & the RPM's dropped to about 300 then reved to almost 1000 RPM. This continued everytime I would let the truck coast with the clutch in, but would idle just fine once the truck stopped.On the way to the dealer, the truck stalled twice, seemed to be missing & didnt have the power it used to before this started. When I got to the dealer (about a 10 mile drive on the interstate) the truck's RPM's were still fluctuating with the clutch in, but only from about 400 - 600 RPM's.

Oh by the way, 07, 3.7, 5-spd, 13,000 miles. Yes I recently filled the tank, but have run about 3/8th of the tank out before this started.

 

Vacuum leak?

 

Still could be a gas issue. let the dealer look at it to be sure of the problem.

 

Got the truck back from the dealer. Said there was a TSBabout the PCM needing to be reset, Gum in the intake. Seems to be running better.

 

Quick and easy, the way all car problems should be.

 

Yep... They gave me an 08 H3 to thrash around,washed the exterior, shined the tires,cleaned the interior& glass before returning mine tome!! If I get in it tomorrow and it runslike it is supposed to, Iwill be a happycamper.
