I have the EXACT same guard, except mine was black before painting it body color
(MY LESSON LEARNED: never have an EBAY item drop-shipped to a body shop for custom paint before dry-fitting it, once painted, it's yours)...

LET ME GUESS: your Driver's side is higher than the passenger side?
2 problems:
1. The mounts are not the same, the Driver's side lifts the bar higher
2. The welding jig they used is not square, the headlight mount on the driver's side is at a different angle than the passenger side...
