How well do these grill mounted lights work, anyone have them installed?

 

Just installed a set 2 months ago. I could not believe how they light up the road!! They far surpass my brights (Philips X-treme Power), and my fogs (Philips Crystal Vision Ultra) combined! I did replace the bulbs that came with them, switching to Silverstar Ultras. It was a job installing them. I thought I'd have enough room pulling off the main grille, but couldn't get the mini grille off without pulling the entire front bumper off.

 

I have them fitted and while I like the look I have found them impossible to aim correctly. This is mainly due the the flex in the plastic grill where they mount. If you do manage to get them correctly aimed I would suggest replacing the globes with something whiter and brighter.
