Where are you living and how much the seller is asking at the beginning?
I talked with a local dealer for a H3 Alpha with same options (The backup camera doesn't work since the rearview mirror was damaged), they were asking for a firm 32k+TTL+900$ to repair the mirror!

I live in NC, but I found the Alpha in Tampa. I flew down to get it for the deal I got. They were asking $28, which was a steal to start with. I just got lucky and found it the first day it was listed on autotrader.com. I called, made the deal, and sent them a retainer. I thought for sure something would be wrong with it when I got there, but it's like brand new...not even a scratch anywhere. I found out later from the salesman that helped me on the phone that the person who priced it didn't realize it was the Alpha model (weird since I got it at the Hummer dealership where it was originally sold and it still had the original window sticker), and that the dealership was hoping that the deal would fall through since they had over a dozen calls after I sent the retainer in...for once I actally believe that old line about 'having someone else interested in it..."
Good luck finding the rig you want...and don't settle for anything less than the Alpha...what a difference (no disrespect to non-Alpha owners)!
