Wish my activities today turned out that well. All I did is go through the garage and throw out a bunch of stuff I didn't want/need anymore. Unfortunately, unlike yourden,my garage doesn't look any different. Nice job, that really looks good.

Thats all my wife watches i hear it in the backround whenever im home, Its bad it makes them go out and buy things its like a drug for them

Oh and BTW it looks great man I have the same fireplace as you and just about 3 weeks ago I did the mantle, makes it look great without spending much money at all

No kidding, with the wood, stain and all materials it only cost me around $110

Yea I payed somewhere around that, BUTTTT if I can make one suggestion it would be to create a little mini step, what I did was i glued granite tiles to a small cement block and just placed under the fire place its not even mounted to floor but it looks like it is, if you want i can send you a picture seeing as how we have the same fireplace anyway
