How hard to get rid of these wheels/tires?
Found another SUT I like, but I hate the wheel setup. Will use Hummer off road so 28" wheels are an absolute no. They are 28"D-centi rims. Ebay has some for about $750 each. Ebay is a hassle and not sure locally I could get rid of them that fast. Thoughts on price for vehicle and wheel swap issues?

Nice rig, but the wheels will probably be a nightmare to get rid of
You will probably have to visit every forum that deals with Hummers and Chevy Trucks and advertise them. They should fit the bigger Chevy trucks too so that opens up your market some more.
I would probably craiglist them too. They are a specialty wheel, and this means only certain people will want them. Thats not to say you can sell them, just you will be looking to find someone who is looking for that "G'ed out" look.
I wouldnt go to any off road forums.
I also probably wouldnt expect to get anywhere near what Ebay wants for them. But hey if you have the ability to sit on them until you get closer to what you want for them..... go for it
My only concern is how the suspension has probably been because of these wheels and tires. Less rubber and more wheel equals harder hits in the road.
Things to think about
Hope this helps

OMG those are hideous! I wouldn't want to be seen even test driving it with those things. I would temporarily buy a set of factory's from CL and have them at home waiting, I regularly see nice ones with decent rubber around $500.
My advise throw them on CL, when you do select "your area" chose the largest city near you were your potential buyers will be it will be like chum in the water for them lol.

I'm not certain, but I believe those are the worst looking wheels I've ever seen on a Hummer.
First, as nice as that H2SUT looks with nice low miles it seems way over priced. If it were me I'd be looking for something like that in the ~$25k to $27k range.
Second, if you try to make a deal with them, include a tire and wheel swap. If they have other H2s they will probably just swap them no questions. Not only would I not even want to drive something like that home with those wheels, I wouldn't want to be stuck trying to sell them or even have them in my garage.
If you are dead set on that H2 and they refuse to do anything about the wheels, you might be able to find a local tire store willing to trade them in. Or, if you change your mind on dealing with e-bay you can probably get enough for new wheels and tires with a chunk of change left over. The reason they make wheels and tires like that is because there are people willing to spend obscene amounts of money for them.
