Speaking of jury ... I've got jury duty Thursday! [&:] A guy robbed the Ingles grocery store and held a gun to the cashiers head demanding money. Why does he get a trial?? Unbelievable ... either way, I'm dreading it!

 

Uggh. Good luck with that. Not much fun, but at least you arebeneficially contributing tosociety by doing this. Iknow yourpositive attitude andgood judgementwill make for a just decision on your part.

 

Maybe the world was too rough on him and he was depressed.

Thanks! Ya, know either way - it's just not a good thing to think about. This guy is a kid from the looks of him I'd say maybe 21 years old. I will have no problems doing what I feel needs to be done, it's just sad to have too ... does that make any sense at all. [8D]

 

I'm sure it's gonna be OUR fault! That's what I'm dreading .... I just don't wanta hear it. He put a gun to a girls head - he needs to go to jail.

 

I would pick something other than jail, but that will work. Problem is, he will get out and get to contribute to society again.[:@]

That's what I'm upset about ... this is a kid. He looked confused and scared, a good tactic maybe. But, he did. I dunno I'll be filling you all as the trial starts ... I'm just so stressed out about it and it's not that time of the month for me. [&:]

The entire courthouse experience yesterday was just that ... an experience. Some of the people in the jury pool, shouldn't even be driving much less sitting on a jury. It was scary to stand back and take a look around in there.

 

Hang the little bastard in a cell with bubba..I have ZERO tolerance for these kind of crimes..

Step back and look at the victims..how are they coping with this life changing trauma?..Was it fair to them, what did they do besides being in the wrong place?

Screw the little SOB..Age is notthe issue..By all laws in this country, the little **** is an adult....Burn his *** good!
